Refund & Returns Policy – NexProgear

Introduction

At NexProgear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy explains the process and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Contact our customer support team at Nexprogear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship items back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds may apply if items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not caused by us.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, we’ll help you place a new order for the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at Nexprogear@gmail.com with your order number and product details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted within the expected timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank/credit card company (processing times may vary).
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at Nexprogear@gmail.com.
